I had a great stay at this hotel. the location is perfect - right next to a tram stop in a quiet and nice residential area. It's also close to restaurants and shops, so you have plenty of options for dining and shopping. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was excellent. They were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Thirdly, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and had a nice mountain view from the balcony. The attention to detail in the room's design was impressive. Lastly, the breakfast offered a variety of choices and was delicious.

The restaurant is disappointing. Once I had dinner there and I was the only one in the restaurant. Breakfast is also very limited.

The customer service at the hotel was exceptional. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel like a part of their family. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and I particularly enjoyed the spaciousness and the view of the mountains from my room. The hotel's location was also convenient, situated halfway between the city center and the mountains, with easy access to transportation and amenities such as a supermarket and a mall.

The hotel was difficult to find as it was hidden behind another building. It took me a while to locate it, especially since it was my first time in the area.

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel in Sofia. the value for money was unbelievable - I couldn't believe how nice the hotel was for the price I paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was superb. From the beautifully decorated rooms with mountain views and spacious balconies to the delicious and rich breakfast, everything was just perfect. Lastly, the location of the hotel was great. It was situated in a quiet and nice area, close to restaurants and shops, and right next to a tram stop. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Sofia.

Our stay at the Anastasia Residence was wonderful. The apartments were immaculate, spacious and luxurious as was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast choice was very good, from cooked breakfast to choice of cereals, fresh fruits and cold meat and cheese selections. The staff were outstanding. Friendly, approachable and always ready to help with any queries. A special thanks to Climentina and Gergana for all their help and smiling faces. Would definitely recommend this hotel and whenever in Sofia again will stay here again.

Right next to tram stop and in a residential area, this hotel is located in a quiet and nice area. The hotel is clean and spacious, with great interior design. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are also great restaurants, bars, a supermarket, and even a mall nearby, making it convenient for dining and shopping.

Good service. I needed to leave at 4.00h for my flight, and there was breakfast-on-the-go and taxi was arranged. Quick check-in and Check-out. Room clean.

It completely covers everything to ensure a pleasant, comfortable and quality accommodation. Very nicely decorated rooms, meticulously detailed and elegance with all the necessary comforts. Particularly friendly, helpful and courteous staff from the reception until the room service. Location ideal (just 3 minutes drive from the center of Sofia, easy access). Impressive is the professionalism of the staff that really makes you circumvent any small negatives may be encountered during your stay. Special mention to Mrs.. Clementina...we didn`t have the opportunity to thank her personaly. The sleeping couches of the family rooms are not so comfortable for adult persons, we believe you will make similar improvements

Had a great Xmas stay at a lovely apartment. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the get-go. the apartment was neatly cleaned and well-maintained. the location was great, surrounded by numerous restaurants and bars, and a mall just a stone's throw away. there was a marketplace nearby that had everything we needed to prepare a nice festive meal.

The noise from the construction site next door. It was quite loud and made it difficult to relax in peace.

The staff was great and the room was spectacular. It was huge and very comfortable. The price was unbeatable.

It was a little hard to find using the gps. The Restaurant wasn't open yet so we had to eat out.
